ON PHOTOGRAPHY |

This year
I started the project „BACKTRACKING“. That method is used to
solve the knight´s problem. To go back until this particular
point you have another opportunity to go on. So I started to make simple
photographs. Very simple, very few. On this
way going back I had a look at my archive, I found some photos looked like,
as if I made them as a tribute to a single color. If the main color was
white, I called them “goldt searching for
white” and so on. There were many pink photos, old ones, new ones and
some I missed - so I made them. I added some tiny paintings, or drawings and
some sentences which fit. I made one wall with all that stuff for an
exhibition in Maribor “my former girl´s room”. It is about
the sadness when you are a teenager. I added a special video screening to
that. Now I work on “goldt searching for
brown”. This will
be on chasing and nature, working title “chambre
rustique”. |
